Can I use your service outside Texas?
Yes—eligible signers across the United States can request an online appointment with True Seal Solutions. Tell me your location, the document type and where it will be submitted so we can confirm eligibility and requirements before booking.
What will my session cost?
You’ll receive a quote before confirming your appointment. Pricing depends on the service, number of notarizations and any additional platform, witness or coordination needs. Applicable notarial fees and separate service charges will be explained before you agree to proceed.
What if my document needs witnesses?
Tell me in advance so we can confirm the document’s witness requirements and any arrangements. Witnesses may need to participate in the online session and meet identification and technology requirements. Do not assume witnesses will be supplied automatically.
Can you prepare or explain my legal document?
I’m not an attorney and cannot prepare or select legal documents, recommend legal choices, or explain a document’s legal effect. Please direct legal questions to a qualified attorney. You can contact me directly to request notarization of documents you already have.
What if I cannot complete identity verification?
Let me know before proceeding. Online sessions require successful identity verification through the selected platform. We’ll discuss whether an available alternative or an in-person appointment may be appropriate.
